🛍️ Return or Exchange Conditions
We accept returns or exchanges only in the case of damaged or defective products. If the item you received is damaged, we kindly ask that you:
Send us a clear photo of the product you received showing the issue.

Once we review the photo and confirm the damage, you will be eligible for:
A replacement of the same product
or
A full refund if preferred.
We promise to handle your case with care, speed, and respect — your trust in us means everything.
🎨 Custom Printed Orders
For customized or personalized products (products printed upon your request/design), you are also eligible for a return or exchange only in the case of damage.
If the item arrives in perfect condition, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, as each piece is made especially for you.
Please Note:
If the customer does not contact us regarding any issue within 14 days of receiving the product, they will no longer be eligible for a return or exchange. We kindly ask all customers to inspect their items upon delivery and reach out to us promptly if there is any problem.
